Can you cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped, yes, we can cancel it. However, if it is in transit, unfortunately, we cannot. You will have to wait until you receive it and then contact us about a return. Please see our Return Policy.

Yes! In any page where we ask you to enter your address, phone number, or credit card information, we use secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt the communication.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we sure do! We offer free worldwide shipping.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship most orders via courier. UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, etc. But if your order is small, we will use epacket.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as American Express, Mastercard and Visa. Unfortunately at this time we do not take Discover cards. We also accept payment via PAYPAL.
